QUESTION - .rar POSTS

Is anyone having trouble adding .rar files to the forum? I've tried a couple of times to upload modest-sized files, but the upload stalls. I've done it before, and it worked just fine.

I also don't see any recent .rar files posted, which is kind of annoying because they're much more efficient.

Does the forum no longer accept files in .rar format?
