image venue

Twice lately when I have clicked Image Venue. Norton has blocked an attack on my computer. Described as some kind of bloodhound worm. I complained not long ago about the same sort of thing on image venue but nobody seems to really care.

This is a real bummer as the vast majority of pics are uploaded to image venue.

Same here each time i have clicked on a link i get pop ups and my comp freezes and then bang norton alerts me and i have to reboot. Some nasty script in there some place.

imagevenue have some kinda advertising pop-up that rears it's ugly head every now and then. Usually when using iv for the first time after a short period of inactivity.

My advice ... kill the pop-up as soon as it appears, then re-click the iv link. Should be fine.

I don't use Norton, but I would imagine that Norton is diagnozing the problem as a 'false positive'. In any case the pop-up is a pain in the ass.
