Help......ViD Clip Software

I have so many vis to post is there a piece of software that will go
through a video and create a JPG or any format clips of the vid?
I can do it scene at a time and then with photo shop make one
file but with as many files as i have it is not worth it.

Please help as i want to post with as much info and quality as i can.

This looks good, but i can't test it as it needs microsoft net sh*t v2
