Confused about all the Josefine Mutzenbacher / Janine films?

Is anyone else totally confused about all the Josefine Mutzenbacher and Insatiable/Sensational Janine films?

I've been trying to work out what is what and it has taken me ages to get not very far.

Is there a complete list, perhaps with screen shots to correctly identify the films?

The lady was a fictional character in an Austrian erotic novel written in 1906 and which is still widely read in Europe today - if you can a copy it is worth reading as it is very good. She is basically a very high class prostitute and the series of films were produced loosely based on that character - early porn parody it could be said.
