Best Firefox Extension for downloading um.... stuff?

Any software for managing collections would be nice as well. I hate it when Windows Explorer shows a preview of a video and it's nothing but black.

DownThemAll is indeed the best one built into Firefox.

But if you want a good download manager for downloading a bunch of files of file hosting sites, JDownloader is really the best I've found. Just copy links to your clipboard and it'll queue up the links, check if they're all online and be ready for you to download them.
