whatever she does in the vids is not totally her choice to begin with. She doesn't own the site 100% nor the content. She has also signed contracts over the years that prevents her from appearing on any other website. In my opinion and with no inside information, it appears she has lot her zeal for the business. It appears to me she is riding out the contract now and is just going through the motions. I think that she is not happy with her contract at all. And she is just doing the minimum what she needs to do to fullfill her contract.
