Hello boys and girls. I've been to concerts in the UK but one thing is confusing me (US posts) what is a 'Mosh Pit'?

look up Lamb of god moshpit on youtube one of the biggest mosh pits ever as far as I know. Was huge.

Moshpit is where a bunch of people who listen to any hard rock music and thrash around stomp around and push sometimes punch other people and go insane to the music.
