Try not clicking it but..., damn, I don't know how to say "arrastar" in english, wait a second... well, babelfish says it's "to drag", let's hope it is.
Ok then, try not clicking it but draging it to Internet Explorer (if you have it, that is the one I have and it works on it, I don't know about others). I didn't know how to open those strange files until accidentally I did drag one swf file and "voila", it worked.
