how do i pay for international websites?

everytime i try to use my credit card, it's declined. they're french sites i'm trying to download from. the payment service is Mobiyo, and i don't see that they accept anything other than credit cards. very frustrating

Try with prepaid VISA.

After sites started declining my CC's I then (in the past) bought prepaid Visa/MC from big box store. When those were also declined but able to be used at retail stores and amazon/ebay I gave up. I read an article that Visa/MC in USA auto decline charges to file sharing websites for the most part (especially those that have a lot of piracy).
I have not been able to join a site in years. Not sure I want to if they keep a log of payment.
