Hi,
Can anyone pls help? Is someone using my e-mail address to send people spam? I seem to be getting alot of returning Mail Delivery Subsystem e-mails.

Most likely changing your password will not help. I guess a spammer is using your email address as a fake sender in order to get around spam detection systems which check for the existence of the sender.
This means that there is no solution other than setting up a filter to move that stuff right into the trash bin or to set up a new account and let your current one die.
In case you choose the latter option, then keep in mind to share your email address only with people you know and trust. Never ever put it somewhere online.

Disposable email addresses are a good idea. Ones that you can create specifically to use for registering with a service and then delete at a later date if you wish to. Yahoo.co.uk offer this if you live in Britain. I don't know about Yahoo.com if you don't. I create a separate email address for every site I register with.
