It's happened to me twice, and both on the same site. It's an adult dating / swinging site. First person I recognised was an online friend, and I knew it was her before I'd even seen the pics because the username was exactly the same as the one she used for Yahoo chat (where I knew her from).

The second was a bigger shock though: it was my 23 year old cousin, and the pictures in her profile included one of another chick peeing into her mouth. I wish I'd kept them, was friggin' hilarious.

Well... another story from my side:
