Go to this site and download the program and keep it running it stops most scripts from trying to change your settings and start page as well, it works quite well and it allows you to go in and adjust what programs you want running/non running, and if a trojan or other pop up trys to make any changes on your computer a screen will pop up and ask you what you want to do and give you some information on it
