Looking for this European actress from art movie

Im looking for this particular scene from a European movie.

The only information I have the Movie is from the late 90's early 2000's,
its from Europe, but its set around the early 20 century.

In the scene, a woman is seen laying naked on a bed, , a guy fully dressed
in a top hat, suit, cane, with a beard walks in.

She gets really excited, jumps out of bed, rides him.

She is short, brunette, has large breasts for her height and a full bush.

I know this isnt much to go on, but any help locating the clip would be fantastic.
