The woman definitly had a short hair cut and she was more walking from the left to the right. I´m also not sure if she was nude already when running away.

Not sure if this is helpful, but it was a Best Of tape with several scenes, that´s why I don´t have her name. The tape was a SECAM format and could be played only in black/white. It was a french movie or an american movie translated into french. Sadly the tape is gone, so no cover or date.

Also I searched around but could not find her yet.
There is an actress with the name Desiree Cousteau,
she looks a little bit likewise from some angles to that actress I´m looking for from that old VHS.
