Well i got windows vista just for dx10 capabilities but i have a prblem it randomly drops my ip basically and i have to restart to get it workin again any one know a fix for this?.

SP1 came out the other day, if you wanted vista for DX10 you'll want to get it for performance reasons alone. it may fix you problem but it sounds like a NIC driver problem, check your manufacturers website for an updated driver...

yeah, vista without SP1 is incomplete. you can blame microsoft for that one.

Install Ubuntu Linux. There are virtually no viruses for Linux so it's simply immune to all of the M$ rubbish out there.

Linux suck ass for the common people and is STILL only a viable option for MS haters, specialized purposes and Linux Enthusiasts.
