Nope....I was not the one reporting anything.

I kept my struggle internal, sharing it only through this forum. I never once pointed anyone towards this forum to show their photos being shared. It was probably a case if the owner finding the links and reporting them himself to rapidshare,etc (or one of his "close-knit" fanbase).

The copyright owner however, did come across this forum, and became aware of how much of his material was being distrubted, saw that I was a moderator, and asked me to remove the links to his "stolen property".

I was going to ask him then, if it would be alright for me to share a few samples from each set with the fans here, just so we wouldn't all lose out on our regular Gabrielle fix.

Now....if the "powers that be" and my fellow fans here would like me to step down as a moderator as a result, I WILL contact GoodSamaritan, and ask that I be removed from the ranks. It's up to alll of you.

I think you do a good job Markus, so you should stay a moderator. At the end of the day, if the owner of the copyright asks for his or her material to be taken down there's no alternative but to take the stuff down. If you ignore a request, it could end up in legal action.

agreed, dont do anything rash...if we need to resort to pm's for links, then thats what well do ...

The links are posted on atleast 10 places that I know of the day a new set comes out..

But I will not make any more Gab posts here , also stay a MOD , unless of course you have to start removing Gigi , PBE , Patty Cake , etc etc ..

Then at that point yes I would say step down but for now I would rather loose one model and keep a good MOD like you
