Problems With my PM system

Something is happening with my PM system. Recently I've sent a couple of Messages, very important PM's though, which get into the OutBox and stay there w/o getting into the SentBox, which I assume is the right sequence. One of the PM's has been there for over five days which seems to be a bit abnormal and I'm not sure whether the recipient has seen them. Additionally, when I save my PM's they don't get into the SaveBox as should be the case.

Has anybody presented a similar problem? Would it be possible that somebody look into this problem?

There is no problem with PM system.
Outbox folder is for messages which were sent by you but not read by recipient.
Sentbox folder is for messages which were sent and read.
