Good Samaritan question

HI GS,

We are seeing a lot more vids and big posts being uploaded to a number of different sites so the members can D/L them. In the end you are probably not getting all the good value content from your forum.

Have you thought about setting up a large file DL section on this forum? So when members upload say 100mb the standard way they then get access to the mega upload and DL of your forum, this whay the spammers wont get access to the bulk stuff as they will have upload a lot of photos and vids before they get access to the bulk stuff.

This will also give you all the vids and photos we are uploading.

This will also encourage all the non posters to start to post content not just words. As they will need to post content (Pictures and vids) to get volume to access.

Oh boy. That means GS will have to spend $100 on a new hard disk...

I guess we'll have to encourage a few more subscriptions to the main site.
