He was warned fairly. I fear that he may have had a problem with English as a Second Language, but if the only post you can make is a spam post, then perhaps it's better to be quiet.

Not a prominent poster, myself, it's a bit annoying to find that nobody has an opportunity to reply to a post of mine because they are unaware of it's existence, due to it being bumped to the bottom of a page.

Or maybe they just don't like me.
