Folder Naming

Hello,

Does anyone know of a program that can generate or just rename a series of folders in Windows Explorer?

I am looking for a quick way to set up groups of folders for sorting images. Something quicker than having to name each folder as I create it.

It renames jpg's and also folders
and mp3's...everything.
