You need to persuade girls to join your Villa and get rent.
Download zip, launch .exe, chose a size (select something like 1600x900, I did the interface for it). Wait some seconds (the game is loading but I didn't learned yet how to make a load screen).

Peep Events for Isabelle, Celine, Sandra, Marcella, try find where to trigger them! this peep event can evolve 3 times, the more you saw it (evolve every 5 times). (So 4 event for 4 people, 16 Peep events)
Marcella’s 2nd Unique event
4 pools events (2 females each, evolve 1 time each). Pool is accessible on the week end, on the afternoon
Celine’s 3rd event REWORKED, with a TOTALLY different scenario.

A few words about protagonist of the game.
Like Princess Trainer’s Genie, in TDLT Hades experienced transformation into a human. Along with that he got a permanent “pervert” perk that leads him to feel a huge predisposition for sex. Being a manipulator, Hades likes to achieve his goals playing mind games. He using people and, sometimes, makes them to believe that they doing what he wants by their will.
Some of his dark powers stays with him – he will constantly taking advantage by using it. Besides using magic in battle, he can look into a people souls to see their sins and dirty secrets. That covers a few elements in a game’s mechanic.
Although his personality is pretty much fits into a sin fest that happening in the game, i had a moment to consider what role he should take in a battle. That element i had to make up. Personally for me, originaly Hades looks more like a mage than a swordsman, but i got to go with a “sword swinging mage” because it fits more in the course of the story.
Also I have to deal with some limitations like, Hades always interrupts the personal space of a people he talking with, which is hard to express on a visual novel type of dialogue system, but it’s a minor thing.
I’ll point out that, unlike Genie with his arabic setting, TDLT protagonist’s affiliation to ancient Greek culture is not going to take place in the game much. Hades is far away from his home exploring unfamiliar lands trying to find a way back.

Info: This game takes place several years after the tv series ends, and features a new student to the school who is immune to other mutant powers (including Rogue's, of course). My eventual plan for this is to have a fully formed dating sim with a full story mode, so the beta is sort of a cheat to get to some of the good stuff. I also hope to continue to add characters to the game, both existing ones from X-Men Evolution and maybe also adapted from other sources.

Anyway, Do not download this unless you're here to squash bugs. Unless I've been very lucky, this will be an unstable build that will be nothing but frustrating if you're trying to enjoy the game. If you do download it, don't make any saves that you want to use in later builds, because any fixes I make might not translate properly. Wait for the final version of 0.973 before making any permanent saves. In the meantime, new things to test:
