What kind of malware comes with said toolbar?

You can read the agreement before installing. It says there is an option to unselect a "feature" but I see no way to do it.

Also checked with AVG virus & spam scanners and found nothing.

Have not tested the program yet - DLed a file.

Edit: I have found no way to download a file using the plugin - upload only.
Megaupload still says I am not a premium user.

I will now remove and delete the plugin.

Have you been able to DL as a premium user using this software
(and have not been a premium user already)?

I try to be useful but sometimes I'm just wrong
I'll re-install and try again...testing on a proper file!

I have a very bad throat cold this week and it's not making me smarter.

Edit: I've re-installed the Firefox plugin and it will allow Megarotic Downloading. Says I am a premium user.

I should see if I can use Rapget to DL. I plan to only allow the plugin when DLing from Megarotic but if Rapget and a cookie will do it so much the better.
