A NEW South Wales woman who produced porn films featuring two 14-year-old girls has been found guilty of inciting them to perform sex acts.
Rebecca Jane Clarke, of Goulburn in NSW, was found guilty by a South Australian District Court judge today.
Judge Michael Boylan also found the 23-year-old guilty of producing **** pornography.
Clarke had pleaded not guilty to charges of inciting a **** to commit an indecent act and producing **** pornography, telling her trial she believed the girls were 17.
Clarke was one of three people charged over the filming of six homemade pornographic films between July 2005 and February last year.
Her co-accused - Daniel Troy Osis, 25, and Renee Jean Malyschko, 23 - were tried separately and pleaded guilty in June this year to having unlawful sexual intercourse with the two 14-year-old girls.
Osis and Malyschko also pleaded guilty to two counts each of inciting a **** to commit an indecent act and producing **** pornography, while Osis was convicted of two further counts of possessing **** pornography.
Both have yet to be sentenced.
Judge Boylan found Clarke guilty but said she "honestly and, indeed, reasonably believed the two girls were 17".
"I'm of the view that does not matter given the gravity of the offence," Judge Boylan said.
She will be sentenced in January.
