EL DORADO, Kan. -Authorities searching for a missing college student who had a secret life as an Internet porn star found the body of a young woman Thursday, but it was unclear whether the remains were those of Emily Sander.

El Dorado Police Chief Tom Boren said authorities had not yet identified the body.

Sander, 18, was last seen leaving a bar with a man who has been the focus of a nationwide search since police found large quantities of blood in a Kansas motel room where he was staying.

Investigators have not yet found a link between a missing college student and her activities as an online porn star, but publicity about her explicit photos has brought a flood of tips, many of them false leads.

Before she vanished, nude photos of Sander appeared on a Web site under the name Zoey Zane. The national publicity surrounding Sander’s double life has kept phones ringing continuously at the El Dorado police station.

"No tips were generated from it," Boren said.

The police chief said the publicity was unlikely to help.

"We did talk to the lady that operates the site. We didn’t find any viable connection with this main suspect at this point," he said.

Man, that's sad. She was a cutie. RIP.

Hope they catch the son of a bitch. The media is calling her a porn star,but if all she did was nude pics and maybe videos,then what makes her different than a playmate. Does anyone know what all she did on her site?

I could also read about this today on the spanish newspapers. I think this tragedy has shocked worldwide. She was so young and so cute... RIP

Local news this morning reported she had 80,000 subscribers to her $40 a month website. That's a gross of $38 million annually.

Seems like a lot for a site that had only been opened since September.

Her website www.zoeyzane.com has been taken down and they have put up a "wanted poster" instead for the suspect in her murder.

It seemed that she loved to model and to shut down everything because of her death doesn't seem a good way to remember her...
