Design a porn site.

Everyone here is a big consumer of porn. Unlike most sites this one provides us with the opportunity to sample material from a huge number of different sites and a lot of us I'm sure are critical of a great many of these sites (and perhaps the quality of porn in general). My question is therefore if you were asked to design a new porn site what would you create? Would you model it on an existing site? Have you an idea that you would love to make a reality? Let's here your ideas guys.

My site would be to have high quality and resolution pics and vids of teen girls that look so y*ung that people would be afraid to join because they might get in trouble

No 30 year old women in pigtails and plaid skirts.

Of course, all the models would be of legal age...just not look it. NO men in any of the "scenes", just solo and girl/girl or girl/girl/girl action

I'd model it on a different site and change a few things and keep changing a few things gradually to make it original in the long run. Its really difficult to start from scratch even if you have lots of experience. If your thinking about making a site, good luck and be patient.

I do have an idea for a site. It's inspired by the Ivana F*kalot site. My site would be based on the premise of two bi-sexual girls sharing an apartment. Each of the girls would have a boyfriend which gives me five kinds of video/picture sets (Girl/Girl, each of the girls masturbating and each of the girls with their respective boyfriends). I wouldn't have any foursomes or partner swapping. I think I'd lose a lot of plausibility by doing that. The important thing would be to find the right 4 performers. They need to be compatible. One of the main strengths of Ivana's site is that both she and her on-screen "boyfriend" are extremely professional and are comfortable with each other. They are very believable as couple which for me increases the eroticism. What let's Ivana's site down I think is poor cine and stills photography. I'd use 3 static high definition cameras for the videos and cut out the close ups. When filming beautiful women close ups detract and personally I think they are tacky.

I've been thinking of starting a site for a long time, but there is so much to know. Besides the site design/content/theme issues, there's the legal issues that can crop up with adult sites...ie renegade religious groups etc....and the whole issue of model payment. How does one know what a model is worth, I just have no idea where to get that type of info from.

Porn these days has gone too graphic and is mostly too similar, ive seen more erotic things on channel 4 at midnight than most of the porn on the net. Erotic situations I think id try and theme my porn site on rather than some old wench shoving a dildo up her snatch for 10 minutes.
