That's the crucial point.
They don't pay per click/download, like most of the other (not-permitted) hosters.
They pay for referrals (and you can't control it, because posting your referral link here is forbidden).
If someone likes your post and decides to buy a premium after clicking your dl link, it's fine.
Pay per dl = not allowed so far.
The rules will be updated during the next few days (the staff is working on a new improved version).
By the way: Uploaded.to maybe fine for premium members, but I've downloaded sometimes stuff from there and it's a pain in the ass.
Slow (<50kb/s) and often the downloads are incomplete and you have to start from scratch.
Was suggested before and declined.
