yes but uhm, according to that law, by glancing over it quickly, it seems that any website that offers pictures of any human being nude that is labled as porn will have to also offer proof of the age of their models.
i mean from what i gathered, this law will make it so that if i was a cop or affiliated with some sort of law enforcement, all i would have to do is contact the website owner and request a photo ID of the models and if i wasnt provided with requested material, the website could be shut down.
Quote: And we're even more secure because law enforcement officers can wander into adult businesses any time they want, without a court order, and go through every single file{files about the ages and location of each model} for hours or days at a time.
basically the law states that if they 'suspect' that any of the models on a porn website is underage or even just want to make sure, the website will have to provide information on every single model including age, last known place of residence and other information (liscence number for example).
and it isnt just partial to porn websites, if you own a webcam and have yourself posting nude, you must make available your age and place of residence. the reason why this is causing such a problem is because people who post themselves nude on webcams will become in danger of being stalked and/or harrased because their information will have to be made available.
