In Search Of: "Presents" . . . a Pearl Jam Album

Not sure if any of you remember this one.
Back in the early 90's PJ had a live album called "Mookie Blaylock".
Which of course was their original name. I had this album. It has been lost for the past 15 years or so. I have been looking on the net but nothing about the live album comes up.
Does anyone have this disc? I'm most definite it was a bootleg.
