Do you remember this title?

Hello everyone I’m hoping someone can help me figure out the title of this movie. I’m looking to give my brother a cool but funny birthday present. When we were teens he use o always watch this one porn movie. I cannot remember the name of the movie but I do remember a scene or two. He watched this movie in the mid-90s I’d say 97ish. I think the movie was a 80s movie but I may be wrong.

The one scene the guy is at his office and he answers the phone call of his wife while he either getting a blow job or giving a girl head.

The other scene is a young blonde walking up a spiral staircase with a man following her looking up the short blue dress she is wearing. She trips and he proceeds to go down on her and she’s says something like no don’t stop. I think he name was shelly but not 100%. I also thought the movie was called erotic zones but when I saw the cover for it online it didn’t look the same.
