Most probably it cames from Nuru-Massage, Soapy Massage ... or something like that.

All begin having the same schema: first a shower with the client where there is suck action, then the massage, either inside the giant jacuzzi (seen on the first picture), or on a special inflatable mattress.

Good theory and I'm familiar with those, but after going through their sites and comparing the shower layout and fixtures, it doesn't appear to be the same.

I was able to find the full episode on another xvid site, but this clip was a little different. I'm going to assume that since it's Playboy that there isn't a full scene.
