Guide on 'How to Upload'?

Hi guys, I'm new, but have a lot of rare clips and movies and would like to upload content for you all.

My question? How do you do that?

Is there a link I'm not seeing? Or perhaps a tutorial that can assist me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
