My problem is that some of the videos I download only play about 5 to 10 seconds and then maybe the sound continues but the picture freezes. Anyone know what the problem is??

Hi fhfasi,

Firstly I see it's your first post so... nice to hear from you!

O.k. next you need to let us know which videos? Please give an example. What file extension .avi, mpeg, .wmv etc.

Also what is your operating system.

We need more info in order to help you.

If it starts alright and then goes wrong I think you may have codecs installed on your computer which are interfering with one another.

Please give more details and then a member who knows how to help may give you some good advice. I think more than likely you simply need to update your computer with a good codec pack and you should be ok.
