I have wasted way too much time trying to find this blast from the past. Google has not helped. Here is a description, I cannot remember any of the stars but can remember the story and scenes perfectly.


New couple move into a neighborhood, Blonde Wife and ahusband who wears a white t shirt all the time. First scene they fuck around their boxes that are unpacked.

Blonde then notices neighbors fucking and watches them through the window at night, husband does the same but from the second floor.

The Neighbors who were being watched come over the next night and show them the swinging life style. The new husband aka white tshirt isnt interested so leaves, but the blond wife is enthralled.

Another scen the blonde wife fucks the neighbor man on a lawn chair and another neighbors wife joins in while her husband watches...at first unwillingly but then fucks another wife. Of course new tshirt man doesnt like and leaves before his blonde wife starts doing it.

Final scene the tshir guy finally gives in and lets one of his neghbors fuck him, a small brunette and the blonde wife gets dped for the first time.

At the end a crowd is watching a new neighbor who moves in through the window.
