Help please

I have some wonderful fetish vids to share & know how to upload with rapidshare but I dont know how to create or upload a preview of the video.What software do I need to create the block of small pics many members use?
Hope someone can help.

Thanks,I have the imagegrabber tool now but there is no help file with it so how does it work? When I open/play a file I just get a totally blured purple/green picture in the frame?

Are you on Vista? Because I'm not sure it's compatible then.
Assuming that the vid playes OK in WMP?
Otherwise when what you describe happens, it's usually a codecproblem.
