Stupidest question ever regarding preview pictures

Hi all, cant get the jist of how to post a preview pic on post without adding a link to a preview pic from rapidshare.
Any ideas appreciated. Got some good porn to post.
Also easiest way to split large vid files?

Dead easy, when your posting look doen the bottom almost of the page and you will see the "browse" button, once you have found the image you wish to attach click the "attach" button

Best way is to rar them with a program such as winrar, you can then split the files into 100 meg rar files then downloaders can jon them up. Another way is to use hj split.

Tried to add the attachment and selected. but ALways get Internet explorer cannot open the page. Thanks for your help guys will sus it out next question where do I get HJ split?
