suing a porn company

Ok, im new to this site and found it by searching google. Im not sure if this is the right place to post these questions but hopefully someone can help me with this. My girlfriend is 19 years old...me 23... and she is not able to work. She had seizures when she was little and it messed up the wiring in her brain i guess you could say. When she talks people think she is retarted or stupid or something because her speech is messed up and sounds like a retarted persons. She thinks like a normal person though and is not stupid at all. She was raised and home schooled by her grandparents who really ddint teach her anything or get her any help with her speech problems. The other thing is she has panic attacks and if gets nervous at all she sort of freezes up and cant do anything or talk or anything and so her nerves are messed up and shes very nervous all the time. anyhow everyone tells her how beautiful she is..and she is..and that she should model for money. Anyhow her friend who is a dancer gave us this guys numver earlier this year and she went and did some nude photos with him and he paid her $350. There were no problems and it was quick and easy. Well we found out about this other guy from a guy online who was gonna pay her $1000 for photos but he is about 3hrs away. So we paid her freind $150 to drive her there since she cant drive and look after her. So she goes back and poses for her pictures in a room and then this lady takes her down the hall to another room and put her in this big room with only a bed and sofa but the lady did not give her back her clothes or phone or anything..just put her in there and closed the door. So she has a panic attack really bad. Anyhow two men come in the room and both men have sex with her. She never agreed to any of this and she was only there to have pictures taken. When she is nervous she just freezes up so she didnt fight or say no like she should have but they had to know but just put her like they wanted her and had sex with her even though she didnt want to. Then they put her on the couch and just leave her there for like 30 mins till another older man in his 50s comes in and he has sex with her too. When they do finally let her go the lady has to dress her she is so messed up and panic in her brain. Well she has to wait on her friend to come back because they paid for her freind to go to a spa place for free to get her hair and nails done. It has been about 5 weeks ago now and I called a lawyer place here and talk to them about it. She does not want to go to the police and wont go and they say she has to or they cant do anything for us. Also the place did not give her a copy of any of the paperwork she signed..which im pretty sure is illegal so we dont have anything to show the lawyer. The phone number we had for the guy no longer works either and the $1000 she was supposed to get has not come in the mail yet and now i doubt if it ever will. We have done a pregnancy test every week and so far she is not pregnat and nobody there wore a condom with her. They also had sex in her butt which she would never ever do normally and that is still hurting and probably messed up inside but we havent seen a dr yet about it. I know all this is confusing and i just typed out everything i could think of but if anyone has any advise of suing this place i really appreciate it. -kevin

That's bad news, I run a UK site 'models' I insist they are represented by an agent and I do the checks on the agent before money is credited. I fear it's one of the many circumstances where young ladies are exploited.

Get an agent, is my only advice if this lady wants to pursue this line of work. Many wolves out there, be very very careful.
