Whats with all the <censored> thingys? You guys never hear of free speech?

It doesn't seem like it has much to do with free speech, as the moderators seem cool with pretty much anything that's being discussed. I think they just want to keep a low profile for the forum, which can't be a bad thing. The last thing we want here is AOL soccer mom's catching their **** yahooing their way here.

Free speech doesn't enter into it. Free speech protections, as embodied for example in the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, proscribe attempts by the STATE, not private companies, to censor speech. As a private concern, Funs Empire is free to censor as much or as little as it wishes. Of course, if they are too stentorian in their efforts to restrict forum members' free expression, they run the risk of alienating and driving away the members. However, as a forum member vis-a-vis the forum operators, your choice is to accept the rules they set or depart. By the way, gratuitous Hitler references are not the indicia of a serious argument.

The Hitler remark is not very clever (especially after some of the stuff I've just read and watched). Anyway, it clearly states in the rules about this sort of thing in regards to posting so you can't say you didn't know before hand.

this fourm is great. I agree that the pics here should be 18+. With that said I was looking around the net and found another board and reading the rules and stuff I think is a lot scricker then is board is. like what was mentioned the forum operators has the right to censor as much as they like. I wish members would read the rules first before posting on this board.

If you were running a business which allowed people from all over the world to post pictures and opinions, you would put a few automated protection schemes in place too. Your opinion doesn't really matter unfortunately. The administrators are ultimately responsible for all the content that appears here and the authorities in every country are becoming much more vigilant about specific topics.

The nature of the Teenfuns models tends to attract a certain taste that can very easily step into areas that are less than legal. (I'm trying to choose my words carefully to avoid triggering the robotic censor.)

I recommend that you try to have fun with it. See what words and numbers trigger the robots and which ones don't. And above all, try to respect our hosts who certainly don't turn any profits from managing these forums.

this is a private property club (by invitation) and the owners can enact whatever rules they want. if they want to, they could create a rule that everyone entering must get spanked.

the rules are there to protect the interest of the forum and prevent it from being taken over by hard headed <<C:e:N:s:O:r:E:d>> freaks who would do whatever the fuck (oh no... i just swore) they want to and eventually bring the site down.

the reason that the words are censored is so poeople don't start discussing off topic websites that feature the names. the censorbot doesn't know the difference between a post mentioning a no-no website and a discussion about someone's vacation or whatever.
