I always get a lot of DMCA when I share my links on forums, and my depositfiles.com account is always suspended / banned for this reason. However files are still available, I am unable to login and I am also unable to collect the money of course. What should I do to avoid those DMCA complains?

Just for safety one have to note / record those seemingly useless removal codes which are generated at every file hosting site for every file when uploading is finished, and has forms like for example "http://dfiles.eu/rmv/9861565158611075". With those removal codes you will be able to remove your files from your old / orphaned account without logging in it. Just ping those removal urls with cURL utility and all of your files will be deleted from the orphaned account. Otherwise people will keep downloading your uploaded files, I think, sometimes they are still available for download even for years after account deletion.

Use a different host for material that gets a lot of abuse complaints.
