Clickable links in signature HOW

I have tried a couple things and I believe this is the right format to make the Text anchor the clickable link but it is not working.

If you can tell me how to make it work or point out the mistake I made I would appreciate it.

Ok thanks Guys. Every where I looked it up showed the quotes being used, lots of tutorials out there are wrong
Simple fix once you know the right format but the 500 character limit could be an issue once I have multiple threads.
May need to come up with a way to link an outside index.
