Hey guys! While I was twiddling about with this player I found out that you can also use it as and video converter!

All you have to do is play a scene, right click on the screen, a menu pops up, click on Capture then click on Capture as video file and it will safe it as a avi file. Because this player will play just about anything you can convert anything to avi. You can also use it as a splitter and split a scene you want. All you have to do is pause the scene and click start and stop when you want. Hell! It even captures DVDs in exactly the same way. The time it takes is basically the length of the scene. This is a great time saver. You don't have to go thru the tedious process with all these converter, splitter and encoding programs. Give it a try folks! This player has endless possibilities.
