ok, well I will do the best I can seeing as your question is kind of scattered.
Most people prefer to use rapidshare as they have a premium account there and do not have to wait for download time.
It is safer to zip or rar files then to leave them open.
1.5mb file limit for the forum is amazing considering this is a forum. Most forums will not allow you to host anything on their site. GS has kindly allowed a 1.5mb limit here so you can post your pictures directly to the site. The problem is that GS pays for the forum, bandwidth, maintenance etc etc, he keeps this forum free to promote his site angelfuns. This is not a place you have to pay to join and should not expect to be able to download anything directly from the forum itself.
