No system really mate. In all my uploaded files the two or three letters at the beginning are an abbreviation of the girl's name and there is always a letter P, V or L at the end to indicate Picture set, video or live show. The numbers are just random.

Suggestion : put prefixes and suffixes if you want, but keep the site number between (since the site numbers include dates and number of set).
(You could also add the initials of the site : it helps for sorting)
