Death to upscaled resolution videos

Hell, even 1080p videos are being re-encoded to 1080p for a larger file size. I recently had to weed out these pesky files as they provide no better quality than the original but take up a heck of a lot of space on my hard disk drive.

If you are a collector like me, just beware.

what would i be looking for when ur talking about weeding out these pesty file ,Could you fill me in please
