I can't seem to post datafile links for the past couple hours. Has it been banned?

It still appears to be allowed according to the rules of the forum.

Is this an error?

Yesterday we were informed by datafile support that they aren't interested in cooperation anymore, they want to go their several way. So datafile has been removed from the list of allowed fileshosts.

Why you not add Upstore.net as main filehost?

It's stable and it's not a young filehost.
Upstore is on mirror list for more than 2 years.

Why not make a test with it as main filehost?
