Keep2share issues dowloading

I subscribed since two days to K2S and am facing issues when downloading.

Sometimes it works, but often it doesn't and I receive messages such as: "401 Unauthorized: Temp URL invalid". Furthermore it coninues asking me to log in also if I was already logged in.

Has anyone faced the same issue? Does anyone have suggestions? I use firefox.

I suggest you take a screenshot of the error and send it to them. If you don't hear back from them, send it to me along with your account name and I'll pass it on to one of the head honchos there. But try doing it yourself first, please.

I'll proceed as you propose. Considering the lack of replies, it appears as being an issue taking place on my account only.

i have had this problem before , not sure if it was k2s or not, but usually had to do a virus check removeable of temp file and reboot etc,usually i found that when files stop downloading it usually something on my end causing it esp with premium accounts. maybe with free account i do believe some host will cause slow file downloading stopping etc just to get you to buy premium account.
