Sorry if this isn't the correct place to ask this, but I've got a problem I haven't been able to find an answer to.

I've downloaded some video clips that are in WinRAR. I opened one that had a series of 6 avi clips in it. I added .001 through .006 to the end of each one and tried to join them using hjsplit. It gave me an error message that says "Invalid floating point operation."

I tried the same thing with a WinRAR file that had 8 wmv clips in it and I got the same message.

Am I destined to watch these movies in fragments? Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks,
pattie

No, there are some great free joiners out there, try "Easy Video Joiner" its free and easy to use, wont do anything high end but a great basic joining tool.

as for HJ slit/join it will only join files that are compatable with it. beter off getting a joiner that is more functional.

Sometimes people create winrar archives that are just 001-0xx, with no .RAR.. Right click on the 001 file and Open with winrar.. that may be what you need to do, but it all depends on how the file was split.
