It looks like a virus program or program with virus...

Saw this posted at another forum by little-guitars. It has 6 pages of thanks and appreciation, I'm tending to believe its not virus infected or they would have said something..
Unkabob, you need to update your windows probably to install/update MS .Net.
From that other forum:
"Yes, you must have NET framework for this to work."
