Hi . new here and have a couple of questions

just read the rules about posting __ and while I admit that I found this place years ago . . lost the link

and am now returning . I have to have 20 posts to be able to see certain links ? was it like this before .? and while I ( sort of ) understand the reason behind it

are there other levels where I'll need more posts to see different links ?

sign me confused

also . wondering why the trash section even exists

if these were in violation of rules __ why are they just not removed entirely ?
