What is wrong with the file hosting industry? Are all the companies run by teenagers, mental patients, or what?
I just tried to sign up to four different file hosts, and only one of them could figure out how to take my money.
Rapidgator - payment processor rejects all cards, they send me a bogus free month offer, and ignore support mails.
Uploaded - Their signup system requires that you have a cellphone and can receive a SMS pin code. No reply to support mail.
Bitshare - Their signup system throws up an error with no explanation other than an error number.
I was finally able to sign up with Keep2Share. They have some problems too, (problems they've had for a couple years and still haven't fixed) but I did receive a prompt reply to support mail with helpful suggestions.
It seems new file hosts come and go almost every month. As best I can tell, we can't really rely on any of them.
I've been working online in hosting related businesses for 20 years, and have never seen a niche dominated by such bozos, who can't even figure out how to take your money.
Does anybody understand what the problem is in the filehosting industry?
