Max Hardcore Indicted - 10 Counts of Obscenity

Pornographer Indicted for Online Film Distribution

A well-known director and producer of adult films has been indicted on obscenity charges for distributing his movies online and through the mail.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Florida, in Tampa, handed down a 10-count obscenity indictment against Paul F. Little, age 50, of Altadena, California, and MaxWorld Entertainment on May 17. The charges against Little, known as Max Hardcore, were unsealed last week.


Little and the company face five counts of transporting obscene matter by use of an interactive computer service and five counts of mailing obscene matter.


Little is director, producer and star of films featuring acts such as urination, vomiting and "severe violence" against actresses, the DOJ said in a press release. The indictment alleges that Little, through MaxWorld Entertainment, distributed films that met the U.S. Supreme Court s definition of obscenity through the U.S. mail to an address Florida.


The defendants are also charged with transmitting through their Web site five obscene video clips that were promotional trailers of the full-length feature films available through MaxWorld Entertainment


Little turned himself in to authorities in California Wednesday. His arraignment is scheduled for July 12 at U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

The DOJ is seeking forfeiture of the films charged in the indictment, all profits from the distribution of the films, and all property used to facilitate the obscenity, including Little's residence and the Internet domain names Maxhardcore.com and Catalinaxxx.com.


The Maxhardcore site, in a warning on the front page, defends its films by saying the performers "are intended to be portrayed and understood as fully consenting adults."


"Please note that these fictional accounts do not always exhibit safe sex, or the full range of real life relationships," the Web site says.

I rented one of his movies 7 or 8 years ago and thought it was pretty sick. I can't imagine what he's been doing more recently with what he might have thought were less restrictions on the internet.

Probably not a bad thing to my mind. I find videos where people piss and vomit on each other and are violent not to my taste at all.

Many forums have banned MaxH films and clips....too right

I can honestly say that I am not keen on this man or his movies.

His movies are repetitive and all go by the same script, have lousy technical quality, and are very lacklustre. And he has a tiny little dick, which doesn't make for very good punishing scenes.

But he has a few apprentices who have done things with more style! Brandon Iron comes to mind.

I used to like Max Steiner's early work, when things felt fresh and new!

MH is a pig who spreads violence towards women.

While i hope Max gets a bullet to the head for the crap that he produces, the slippery slope has begun. Where will they end after they go after him??

I like the kind of stuff that Max Hardcore makes, but when it's made with more finesse - less formulaic.

We are all different - let's not judge. Just because you happen to like to jack off to MH, doesn't mean you treat women badly IRL.

I find it better when the female is enjoying what she is doing. Even if its scritped in Max's films I get the sense they are not. Something of a turn off. When a female is enjoying a more than normal scene, for e.g, getting spanked or dominated, theres a real turn on. As for max, well, I watch it out of morbid interest rather than something to enjoy and get off on.

I tend to enjoy Max's films UNTIL the girls undress

They look so slutty and sexy. Then after 3 minutes or less, it all goes downhill.

I really think he is a maricon. I can't enjoy his movies and I think he is a psycho. I don't give a damn whether its a sickness or not but such a bahavior against women is simply wrong.

It has already been said a few times but Max Hardcore's movies to me are degrading to the human race. In general I would guess less than 1% of the average population ever think it is exciting to take a crap on someone else or to piss in their face or hair. I won't condemn the man but I can't believe that there is too much value in the works that he creates. I also have a hard time believing that the porn stars he uses can much care for what is actually happening to them. Maybe if he goes to jail some people will piss and crap all over him and he can then judge if he really thinks it is a neat deal.
